Delivery and Returns


Order will be dispatched after the payment is received and authorised. We will notify you if there’s any delay or short of stock.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. SASHA is not responsible for delays due to custom

Items cannot be replaced before they are classified as lost items by the Royal Mail services. That is 20 working days for UK and 30 working days for international deliveries after the dispatch date.

Parcels that are tracked as being delivered but not received by the customer. In these cases you will need to obtain a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail by filling their signature request form.  Please note that does not refund nor replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For such reasons we recommend that you provide us with your home address for all deliveries.

Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchange, you must contact within 7 days of delivery; Dispatch items back within 21 days of delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SALE ITEMS can only be returned for an exchange or store credit within 21 days of purchase. 

Conditions of return

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
